PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to judge a bad road at real time, without using numerous memories, in a bad road judging device, and thereby, to improve the judging accuracy, and to save cost. SOLUTION: There are provided a wheel speed variation operation means (a) to find the wheel speed variation of each wheel based on the former round valve and this time value of the signal relating to the wheel speed of each wheel, a wheel speed variation absolute value operation means (b) to fine the absolute value of the wheel speed variation of each wheel, a variation absolute integrating operation means (c) to integrated the wheel speed variation absolute values of plural wheels, a smoothing means (d) to smooth the integrating value of the wheel speed variation absolute value, and a bad road deciding means (e) to decide the bad road depending on the smoothing value.
