PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning device for a helmet giving ventilation and air-conditioning effect as required, even with no necessity for enlargement/ power-up of draft means and Peltier element, etc. SOLUTION: This air-conditioning device for a helmet is such one as to integrally provide the helmet 2 side with an air-conditioning unit 3, a Peltier module 17, heat exchangers 15 and 16, and a blower fan 18 each considered to be necessary for air conditioning. Such construction enables miniturization of the Peltier module 17 and/or the blower fan 18, and reduction in electric power consumption because an air supply pathway from the heat exchanger 16 to the first air-conditioning air passage 5 of the helmet 2 is made shorter and thereby pressure drop of air flow to be used for ventilation and the loss of air temperature to be used for the air-conditioning are reduced.
