PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breaker device allowing prevention of plastic deformation of a curved spring. SOLUTION: A movable electrode 12 of a breaker device is provided with an insulating base 13, a handle 14 tiltably mounted to the base 13 and a curved spring 30 forcingly applied to the handle 14 so as to hold the handle 14 with it standed and tilted. Tilting the handle 14, force so as to be dragged by the handle 14 is applied to either one of both sides of arches 32 arranged in the curved spring 30. The arches 32 are continued from one side of the base 13 to another side of that, thereby a part where the force is applied may not be greatly deformed because of support from the both sides. Accordingly, plastic deformation of the spring 30 can be prevented.
