PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of deflection by a change in capacity in a tank by forming a hole part penetrating through a water surface part in a prescribed place of a floating body floating on a water surface, arranging a tank in the hole part, and a providing a guide member for guiding a vertical directional movement of the tank by floating on the water surface. SOLUTION: A hole part 2 penetrating in the vertical direction through at least a sea surface is formed in a prescribed place of a floating body 1 being a main body of an extra large size floating body structure, and a large tank 3 is arranged in the hole part 2. A guide roller 4 as a guide member is arranged in the vertical direction on four-side inner wall surfaces being side wall surfaces of the hole part 2 so that a tank 3 can be moved in the vertical direction. Thus, even when inside capacity of the tank 3 changes, delection by a change in the inside capacity in the tank 3 is not caused in the floating body 1.
