PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a screw surface of a fuel cap without contact with a body at refueling time. SOLUTION: A lock part 5 engaged with a tether 3 of a fuel cap 1 to hold the fuel cap is provided in an upper end part of a fuel lid 4, the fuel cap 1 is arranged in a surface side of the fuel lid 4 at refueling time, and a screw surface 1A of the fuel cap 1 is held to face opposite to a body surface of the fuel lid 4. In this way, the screw surface of the fuel cap contiguous to a body can be avoided.
