PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equally apply hot air to all of clothes and prevent the facing and backing of clothes or the hanging part of a towel hung in the state of being folded in two from closely adhering to each other so as to improve drying efficiency key applying hot air to the hanging clothes from below. SOLUTION: Hot air generated downward from a hot air generator 11 flows into a lower drying chamber 32 from a lower cutout part 22 of a partition wall 2, whereby hot air is applied to towels hung on a handing rod 62 in the lower drying chamber 32 from below to be dried. Subsequently, hot air flows into an upper drying chamber 31 through a partition plate 5, and is passed upward through a storing rack 10 by rotation of a fan 91 to dry washings in the storing rack 10. Since hot air is applied to the hanging clothes hung on a hanging rod 61 in the upper drying chamber 31 from below to dry the clothes. After that, hot air flows into an upper air circulating chamber 41, and a lower air circulating chamber 42 through a fan 92, and is circulated through an ozone generator 13 and a dehumidifier 12 to the hot air generator 11.
