PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scaffold assembly device for building capable of easily and quickly assembling a safe and stabilized scaffold to an external wall section of a building. SOLUTION: A scaffold assembly device for building is constituted of a pair of right and left rack struts 1 and 1 providing a large number of locking shafts at even intervals and formed in the shape of a narrow ladder, bearing arms 2 and 2 locked with the locking shafts provided to the rack struts at even intervals and horizontally projected to them and a scaffold 3 locking both ends with the bearing arms and capable of being built in a detachable manner. Then, the rack struts 1, 1 and 1 can be mounted and fixed to an external wall section of a building in a detachable manner to assemble the scaffold.
