PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To press a slope so that the sediment load is integrally received by the whole structure without causing loosening of the slope. SOLUTION: Drill holes 2 are bored at proper intervals on a slope. End sections of multiple tensile materials 1 made of a PC steel strand wire are inserted into separate drill holes 2 respectively. Multiple tensile materials 1 inserted into one drill hole 2 are bundled by a constraining member 3. The tensile materials 1 are fixed to fasteners by wedges, or the middle folded portions of the tensile materials 1 are hooked on the fasteners, and the tensile materials 1 are stretched and closely stuck to the natural ground. The tensile materials 1 spread on the whole slope are integrated like a net by the constraining members 3, and the sediment load is gently received by the whole slope. When the tensile materials 1 are stretched, no looseness occurs between the tensile materials 1 and the natural ground, and the sediment load is reliably pressed. The tensile materials 1 can be stretched again when they are changed with the lapse of time.
