PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record and preserve all data that can be expressed by copying the content of a temporary storage device in a storage device and preserving dynamic data as static data instead of preserving original data, namely, data before it is changed into a form that can be expressed in an information expression device by means of a controller. SOLUTION: Orginal data is converted into a data system that can be displayed on an information expression processor (display device) 2 by a controller 3 and it is transferred to a temporary storage device 1. Moving picture data distributed by internet and moving picture data by a video camera connected to the controller 3 exist as the example of original data. The display device 2 displays the content of the temporary storage device 1. Original data is changed with time and therefore it is displayed as a moving picture on the display device 2 by the repetition of a process. In the display device, the content of the temporary storage device 1 is transferred to a storage device 4 and therefore the instantaneous moving picture is preserved in the storage device 4 as a still picture.
