1.A method for producing polyamide monofilaments free of pinholes, heat-resistant having round section for use in technical fabric, wherein a mixture of 75 to 85 wt % PA and more than 15 to 25 wt % PA 6 is produced immediately prior to extrusion, spun, and immediately cooled in liquid. 2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the monofilaments are moulded with a moulding speed being >10 m/min, into, at least, one cooling bath at a temperature being <60 degree C. 3. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that PA 66 is thermally-protected with, at least, 30 ppm Cu. 4. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that PA 66 and PA 6 are mixed and supplied into an extruder in the form of granulate. 5. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the granulate has grain size from 10 to 100mg. 6. Monofilament for technicalfabric and has a resistance greater than 40 cN/tex, a thermal resistance of <= in a titer range from o.8 to 1.5 mm diameter and a melting pointbetween 235-260 degree . |
