PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a temperature corresponding to a skin contact temperature of a person on a floor by accurately sensing a floor surface temperature of floor heating. SOLUTION: The floor heater 1 is of an underfloor spreading type in which radiating pipes 2 are spread in a floor or a floor spreading mat type spread on the floor. A heat conductive layer 8 is disposed on a surface of the heater 1, and a temperature sensing element is placed thereon. As the layer 8, for example, an aluminum plate having a thickness of 3 to 5 mm and a diameter of about 7 cm can be used by considering a thermal conductivity and its cost. A sensing output of a temperature sensing element 4 is inputted to an electronic circuit 7, which outputs a temperature signal to a transmitter 5 having a photodiode or the like as a control signal. The transmitter 5 transmits a floor surface temperature as an optical signal to another heater such as an air conditioner or the like to be used together with the floor heating or another controller. The heating controller 3 has an operating unit 6 of controlling to operate the floor heating as needed. The unit 6 can switch operation or stop of the floor heating and set a temperature by a manual operation of the person on the floor. |
