PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for coding and decoding audio and video frame data requesting coding and decoding parameters. SOLUTION: In this coding method, a requested coding parameter is connected to audio and video data frames to be coded at the input of processing (CONA, CONB, CONC, COND) and connected through stages of different coding processing (CONA, SUBA, BAL/Q/E-A) and a corresponding coding parameter connected to current frame data to be processed in each stage is notified to allow selection of a coding parameter to any frame thereby avoiding coding of invalid output data (PCM-OutA) without reset. This method encodes audio or video frame data requesting the coding parameter (PAR). |
