Elements are mechanically rigidly connected by means of locks found on lower side of plate from both sides of shaped slot in which base of flexible scraper is secured. Two other slots designed for displacement of blade grips are made on sides of plate. Stops and latches for fixing replaceable element are found on upper side of plate from side of blade extreme grip. EFFECT: improved conditions of operation of windshield blade owing to facilitated replacement of flexible scraper, improved manufacturability of device. 5 dwg
