Erythromycin derivatives, method for preparing them and their use as medicine

The specification describes above erythromycins of formula (I) in which R represents an alkyl radical containing up to 18 Carbons,optionally substituted or (CH2)nAr, n representing a whole number ranging from 1 to 4 and Ar representing an aryl or heteroaryl radical optionally substituted, and Z represents a hydrogen atom or an acyl radical of up to 12 Carbons. The compounds of formula (I) have very interesting antibiotic properties.
