CONSTITUTION: A structure filler of complex resistance includes a first structure filler having a first filling resistance and a second structure filler having a second filling resistance and the second structure filler is adjacent to the first structure filler horizontally. A method assembling the structure filler of complex resistance to a changing column comprises the steps of: providing the changing column; providing the structure filler layer of complex resistance; and fixing the structure filler layer of complex resistance to the changing column.
