Divice for introducing visual representations into the atmosphere of the earth by means of satellites or flying objects

The device provides a visual representation in the earth's atmosphere using an earth satellite or an aircraft provided with one or more projection devices for a laser or ionized beam, controlled for visual representation of required information using a natural phenomena, e.g. the light dispersion effect of the earth's atmosphere. An independent claim for optically visualized sign-writing is also included.
