PURPOSE: A multi-purpose electric wire winding device for vehicles is provided to provide power supply variously by converting a vehicle power supply to a common use power supply, thereby maximizing the convenience in use of the power supply. CONSTITUTION: A multi-purpose electric wire winding device for vehicles includes a fixed housing(1) having a rotation shaft and a cylindrical space(3) of a predetermined size, a rotation drum(9) received in the space and formed with a winding area of an electric wire in a peripheral direction, a cover(11) coupled at an opening of the space for preventing drawing of the rotation drum, a circular plate(29) formed adjacent to an outside of the cover and coupled with the rotation shaft of the rotation drum, a protruded grip(31) formed at an edge part of the circular plate for applying a relatively larger rotation force in the peripheral direction, a cigar jack plug mounted at an end part of the electric wire winded on the rotation drum for connecting the power supply of a vehicle, a power supply connection part for electrically connecting the electric wire to the fixed housing by relative rotation, a power drawing part(19) provided either a cigar jack plug receiving part(46) or a plug receptacle for power supply, and a lumination part.
