PURPOSE: A noise reduction apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to gas exhausting noise at a mouse part of a pipe for transmitting a gas phase fluid by manufacturing tubes with a standard material impossible to be permeated by the fluid. CONSTITUTION: In a noise reduction apparatus of a pipe for a gas phase fluid including a tube(1), the tube is provided on a surface with at least one orifice(2) formed in a shape and measures determined by computation or test for providing a receivable compromise between noise generated via orifice or orifices and for reducing noise at a mouse part of the tube so that the emitted noise is reduced by 5dB than the noise at the mouse part, wherein the orifice is partially or fully closed by a porous membrane(30)
