PURPOSE: A membrane is provided which has 5nm to 20 micrometer in pore diameter and includes homogeneous porous carrier which is permeated non-cracked and non-defective layer of unit molecular sieve in three-dimensional structure at the upside of the membrane. CONSTITUTION: A membrane is produced by the following steps of: preparing inert solution like distilled water and precursor solution of a molecular sieve containing a precursor of a zeolite like a silica and composition solution like a tetrapropylammonium hydroxide, wherein the molecular sieve represents a zeolite, and making the solution aged all night; infiltrating the inert solution into porous of the carrier, namely, one case the zeolite layer is located at the outside of a fiber, filling channels with the inert solution, followed by filling cavities enclosing the outside of the carrier with the precursor, another case the zeolite layer is located at the inside of the fiber channels, cavities filling enclosing the outside of the carrier with the inert solution, followed by filling the cavities of the channels with the precursor solution; connecting ceramic carrier parts to be accepted into a layer of the molecular sieve, with the precursor solution and connecting carrier parts not to be accepted into the layer of the molecular sieve, with the inert solution; forming the molecular by carrying out hydrothermal synthetic at 170-220°C for 48-84hours and washing the membrane with water, followed by making plasticity at 400-600°C for 3hours. |
