PURPOSE: A radio telephone watch with a Subscriber Identity Module(SIM) card is provided to connect and exchange each other the SIM card for rapid removal or exchange, by uniformly building the SIM card inside the radio telephone watch. CONSTITUTION: A radio telephone watch with a Subscriber Identity Module(SIM) card, for a mobile communications system having a case(2) and a wrist band(3), comprises casings(4), an electronic module(5) and an electronic connector(6). The casings(4) connect with a first row(31) of the wrist band(3), making the SIM card, connecting with the mobile communications system, move. The electronic module(5) is arrayed inside the watch case, connecting with data stored in the SIM card. The unified electronic connector(6) in the first row, locates between the electronic module(5) and the SIM card(10). In the watch, the casing(4,8,104) is additionally connected with the first row to locate in a planar of wrist, when wearing the watch.
