PURPOSE: A phenol & amino condensation resin is provided which shows excellence in heat-, water-, moisture-resistance, strength and hardness and can produce an epoxy composition. CONSTITUTION: A phenol & amino condensation resin is produced by reacting triazin derivative and aldehyde under phenol derivative and aldehyde condensate, whose number average molecular weight and weight average molecular weight are respectively 1.6-15. The epoxy composition contains the phenol & amino condensation resin, which is infiltrated in a sheet substrate to produce a prepreg and a laminated prepreg sheet, or a copper foil-clad laminated prepreg sheet.
