PURPOSE: An LCD device, a substrate for use of LCD panel and a method of manufacturing LCD panel are provided to reduce time period required for developing new display screen size and improve productivity especially at photo processing step. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises the steps of forming two or more scanning line leads(2) at every predetermined spacings in a predetermined area of a substrate, forming two or more signal line leads at every predetermined spacings in a predetermined area of the substrate in a direction crossing the scanning line leads(2), forming two or more active elements at a portion overlapped by the scanning line lead and the signal line lead, forming two or more pixel electrodes corresponding to a display screen, and forming two or more electrodes in the signal line lead portion and the scanning line lead portion outside of the display screen to be electrically connected to the scanning line lead and the signal line lead, respectively.
