Vasospastic disorders such as Raynaud's phenomenon, syndrome X, migraines and cluster headaches are treated by administering to the patient an aliquot of treated blood. The aliquot of blood has been subjected simultaneously to heat (37oC - 50oC), ultraviolet irradiation (C-band wavelengths) and an oxidative environment (gaseous mixture of ozone and medical grade oxygen). Following this process, the treated blood is capable of generating a population of stimulated leukocytes having upregulated expression of CD25 cell surface markers, along with an enhancement of endothelial function in the patient.
