摘要 PURPOSE: An electronic emission apparatus made of an organic material is provided to prevent the electronic emission spectrum from being overlapped with an absorption spectrum. CONSTITUTION: An electronic emission apparatus made of an organic material includes two electrodes and at least two organic layers. The spectrum of the electronic emission spectrum is not overlapped with an absorption spectrum. At least two organic layers are implemented between the two electrodes. The electronic emission apparatus according to the present invention is characterized in that (a) the optical band gap of adjacent organic layers is greater than 2.5eV. (b) the wavelength at which the intensity of the light is maximum(E max, less than 2.5eV) is in the range corresponding to the energy gap δE. The energy gap δE is calculated by subtracting electron affinity of a second dielectric layer from an ionization energy of the first organic layer.
