An electric wire-form resistance heating conductor(50,60) is guided through the water pipe(48) and has two insulated current conducting leads(64,66) which are electrically interconnected at one end, and at this end together with the spray nozzle(54) made of heat conductible material form a contact point(62) with a good heat transfer. The leads in the region of the contact point are bare. The heating conductor at the contact point is fitted in a bore in the spray nozzle.
