The arrangement includes a linear unit (10) which is moved by device of servo-motors (30; 31) with revolver (32; 33) horizontally over a cross sled (11) arranged vertically on a second linear unit (9). The second linear unit is fastened through an auxiliary frame (1) and two mounting consoles (5; 6) to a boiler wall (4). A Cardan joint (13) of the second linear unit is formed as a closed double-frame construction (14), having an outer frame (15) connected over two flanges (19; 20) at the linear unit, and an inner frame (16) which records a blow reed guiding sheath in its centre.
