The invention concerns a miniaturised contactless electronic authenticating device, comprising a small-size integrated circuit (100) whereon the transmission/reception antenna is produced. The integrated circuit (100) is encapsulated without intermediate support in the object to be authenticated. The invention is applicable to small objects such as jewellery.
