<p>The invention concerns a device for protecting splices, characterised in that it comprises two substantially semi-cylindrical identical half-shells respectively delimited on either side by two longitudinal bearing surfaces (4) whereby they are urged to press against each other, so as to define at their inside part a groove (10) for receiving cables, at the splices and ensure longitudinal tightness of the device around the splices and, two sealing washers having a diameter corresponding to the receiving groove (10) cross-section provided with a series of median orifices (23) for passing theretrough the cables to be connected thereby ensuring transverse tightness around the splices.</p> |
