摘要 <p>A dielectric ceramic composition characterized by being formed by adding, to 100 moles of barium titanate with a Ba/Ti molar ratio of 1.001 to 1.05 as a main component, 0.5 to 5.0 moles of Mg in terms of MgO, 0.1 to 3.0 moles of Dy in terms of Dy2O3, 0.01 to 0.4 moles of Mn in terms of Mn3O4, 0.01 to 0.26 moles of V in terms of V2O5, 0.3 to 3.5 moles of Si in terms of SiO2 and 0.01 to 3.0 moles of Al in terms of Al2O3 as sub-components. The dielectric ceramic composition is used to produce a multilayer capacitor of which dielectric layer is not reduced even if an external electrode is formed by using a base metal such as copper and which has a high insulation resistance.</p>
