<p>A solid electrolytic capacitor wherein the capacitor comprises a solid electrolytic layer and a conductive layer containing a metallic powder or comprises a conductive carbon layer and a conductive layer formed on the conductive carbon layer and containing a metallic powder, and at least one of the layers includes a rubberlike elastic body, a method for producing the same, a solid electrolyte used in the solid electrolytic capacitor, a method for producing a solid electrolyte, a conductive paste for a solid electrolytic capacitor, and a conductive carbon paste for a solid electrolytic capacitor. The solid electrolytic capacitor has a small size, a high capacity, a low impedance, and is excellent in external stress relaxation characteristics, productivity, heat resistance, and moisture resistance.</p> |
