The tool has a steel wire, which is passed through the adhesive between glass and body and around the windscreen. It also has a fastener (1), working with under pressure, to act against the wire (12) within the vehicle. The fastener is enclosed by a plastic ring (5), which can be turned freely around it. The ring has a nose (6) acting as a fastener for wire holder with wire end and pressure spring.The fastener is enclosed by a plastic ring.
