The coaxial plug has a pressure part of the outer contact pressed against a coaxial cable screen conductor, and a connector part electrically connected to the central contact, that is electrically connected to a central conductor of the coaxial cable. The connector part (11) has a metal strip bent into a U-shape so its opposing ends engage each other to form comb contact parts (12,13) that are further bent inwards to engage each other near the central axis. One curved comb contact part has concave channels for positioning the central conductor (41) and the other contacts the central conductor under spring force.
