摘要
本发明米粉团(或米粉饼)—其特征是原料用籼米或粳米。制作工艺为:(1)将米磨成粉;(2)将米粉下到开水锅里(或将开水倒入米粉中),制成浓厚的烫面;(3)将烫面离锅,稍冷;(4)将烫面制成一个个剂子(即小面团);(5)再将每个剂子里懈上馅料(馅料可为肉泥、芝麻、糖、豆沙、枣泥、蔬菜、干子豆腐等)(6)最后团成圆球状或圆饼状,即成米粉团(或米粉饼);(7)上蒸笼蒸熟,蒸熟后即可出售食用。
