PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a processing device and a processing method of a rechargeable cell, which can prolong the operation life of the cell and improve the charging characteristics. SOLUTION: Unit chargeable cells 101a, 101b, 101c and 101d which are to become plural units, a closed loop means 105 with which the cells are connected in parallel with each other and a discharge means (electric load) 123 which is connected in parallel to the parallel-connected cells are provided. A voltage, corresponding to the electromotive forces of the cells, is applied to the discharge means 123. A discharge block switch 125 is further provided to be connected in series to the discharge means 123 and in parallel to the cells. |
