PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ethylene/α-olefin copolymer films extremely reduced in the generation of an offensive odor and the discoloration by irradiation with radiation, an electron beam and the like and, in addition, excellent in heat sealing properties and transparency. SOLUTION: Radiation sterilizing treatment packaging films are composed of a composition comprising an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer of ethylene with a 3-18Cα-olefin having a density of 0.880-0.928 g/cm3 and 0.03-1 wt.% compound represented by the formula: [Al2Li(OH)6]nX.mH2O wherein X is an inorganic or organic anion; n is a valence of the anion and is an integer of 1-4; and m is a number of not greater than 3.
