PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber tape which shows stable transmission characteristics and high reliability even under severe conditions such as high temp. and high humidity. SOLUTION: Plural optical fibers are arranged in parallel and wholly coated with an integrating coating resin. The integrating coating resin consists of (A) 100 pts.wt. of a UV-curing resin compsn., and (B) 0.01 to 5.0 pts.wt. of an organopolysiloxane modified with 5-20C higher hydrocarbon-contg. org. groups.
