SOLUTION: This processor is provided with an inputting part 201 which inputs information about a URL, a collecting part 202 which collects Internet information on the basis of the inputted information about the URL and a processing part 203 which processes the collected Internet information for retrieval and constructs a database on the basis of the Internet information collected by the part 202 and the Internet information processed for retrieval by the part 203.
