PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rainfall detector and to link with rainfall device capable of avoiding adverse effects by rain when it begins in various conditions. SOLUTION: A rainfall detector 1 is provided with a sensor 3 for detecting contact of rain, a detection circuit 6 for analyzing the detection signal of the sensor 3 and judging the beginning of rainfall, and a transmission circuit 7 for transmitting the detection signal of the detection circuit 6. A rainfall link device 11 is constituted of a reception circuit 12 for receiving the detection signal exhibiting the beginning of rainfall transmitted by the transmission circuit 7, an actuator 14 to be a power means and a control circuit 13 for actuating an actuator 14 based on the signal received with the reception circuit 13.
