PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply unpack, to eliminate structural waste, to structure partially with packaging material, and to use integrally with the packaging material. SOLUTION: A cleaning sheet 1 is structured partially with packaging material 2, and after unpacking, the sheet 1 is integrated with the packaging material 2 to be held and used with the packaging material 2 by a hand or a tool. In this case, the cleaning sheet 1 is so packaged by the packaging material 2 that a cleaning sheet part 3, its main functional part, is enclosed.
