PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve mounting workability to a clawler plate by providing an inward hook fitting for locking a subject shoe to one edge of the crawler plate, on the shoe, and fixing the other end of the fitting by bolt from a link side with the plate interposed. SOLUTION: A crawler plate 1 is provided with grousers 10 toward the gounding side and a hook fitting 3 whose tip is bent to the side of a link is welded to one end of the plate 1 at a bottom surface between the grousers 10, 10. On the plate 1, a bolt hole is formed on the opposite side of the fitting 3. A rubber pad 5 is valcanizationwise adhered to the gounding side of the plate 1 to form a crawler shoe. In the pad 5, a bag-shaped nut 2 is embedded corredponding to the bolt hole. In mounting the shoe to a crawler plate 11, the fitting 3 is locked to one edge 110 of the plate 11, then a bolt 13 is screwed to the opposite bag-shaped nut 2 though the hole 12, and thereby the shoe is fixed.
