PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming material mounting structure in a hollow structure for installing a foaming material in a required position in a hollow chamber without any positional displacement without boring a mounting hole through the hollow structure. SOLUTION: A mounting structure is used for mounting a foaming material 21, which is foamed and expanded by external heat so as to shield a hollow chamber, to the inside of the hollow chamber of a hollow structure. On at least one side face of the foaming material 21, a sucker 23 sucking the inside face of the hollow structure is arranged. The sucker 23, in which a press fitting shaft is projected on the opposite side to a suction face 24, is formed of a non-foaming material and press-fitted and fixed to the foaming material 21 via the press-fitting shaft.
