PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject device capable of storing an umbrella in a required place of a moving body and surely holding it even if there is vibration in the moving body by providing an umbrella holding means protruding on a front surface side of a support member while providing a locking means constructed of a surface-like fastener capable of being mounted on or demounted to or from a rear surface side thereof. SOLUTION: An umbrella holding means of a cylindrical shape formed from a plastic material is provided with two support members 1 mounted thereto. A locking means 3 made from rubber magnet at a rear surface of the member 1 so that it can be attached to a rear side of a cargo space cover L by the magnet force. The means 2 is constructed such that one end is closed while the other end is opened so that an umbrella 5 can be inserted therein and a rear surface side edge of the opening end extends, and a buffer means 4 is provided thereat.
