PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wipe water on a washstand, bathtub or sink wetted with water and further clean and polish it without leaving the trace of water by constituting at least the palm-side surface of a bag allowing the insertion of a hand from a knitted matter consisting of an extremely fine fiber yarn, and arranging a water absorptive member on the inside of the knitted matter. SOLUTION: In this bag-like cleaning tool 1, the surface 2 corresponding to the palm side when a hand is inserted is formed of a woven and knitted matter 3 consisting of extra fine fiber yarn, and a water absorptive member 4 is laminated on and adhered to the inside of the woven and knitted matter 3. The extra fine fiber yarn can be made of a split or sea island type composite fiber. The water absorptive member 4 absorbs and temporarily retains the moisture passed through the palm-side woven and knitted matter 3, provides a voluminous feeling, contributing to operability, and also protects the hand to prevent the injury. The cleaning tool 1 can exhibit intended wiping, cleaning and polishing effects without particularly using a detergent, and the use with addition of a small quantity of water is more effective to persistent dirt. Even if the wiping performance is deteriorated, it can be restored by washing, and the cleaning tool 1 is repeatedly usable by washing, dehydrating and drying it after use.
