PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure and to improve the service. SOLUTION: A card reader 3 is provided on the reverse side of a substrate 2 which is nearly erected and a holder 4 is supported below the top side of the substrate 2 in a free swing state. The holder 4 has a groove 19 that the lower end of a card 6 engages and a detection sensor which detects the card is provided in the groove 19. When the detection sensor detects the card being engaged with the groove 19, a solenoid 5 rotates the holder 4 counterclockwise. The card 6 is put in a recessed part 10 which is provided on the top surface of the substrate and a little larger in external size than the card 6 and processed by the card reader 10.
