PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a piping member with a simple structure at a low cost by providing a metallic member on at least one piping member. SOLUTION: Since a metallic member 12 is provided on the mounting part 1 of a header 3, so a steel pipe can be connected to the male screw 121 of the metallic member 12. The steel pipe can be connected, for example, to the main piping of a loop structure, and a piping to a sprinkler, for example, can be connected to a branch pipe 22. Such a manufacture of the header 3 dispenses with the two-layer molding of the pipe or the burying of a heating electric heat source, resulting a low manufacturing cost, compared with the manufacture by electric fusing as in the past. Further, the long heating and fusing time for electrically overheating the pipe or the whole joint and the time for retaining the pipe in the state having a connecting jig mounted thereon after connection until the used part is cooled in order to ensure the strength of the connection part are also dispensed with, and the problem of low productivity can be solved. |
