摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain continuous electron conductivity in a two-phase conductor containing a network in which two continuous phases of ion- and electron conductive materials permeate into each other and the volume of the electron conductive 2nd phase material is made substantially smaller than the conventional permeation limit. SOLUTION: The electron conductive film comprises a dense or porous matrix of a multiphase solid electrolyte having at least two continuous phases and exhibiting ion and electron conductivities. One of the phases contains an oxygen ion conductive material (or a mixed conductor). The 2nd phase contains an electron conductive material and constitutes 1-30% of the matrix. The 1st phase is in the form of a mixed metal oxide having ion conductivity. The 2nd phase is an electron conductive metal, alloy or mixed metal oxide dispersed in the matrix.
