METHOD AND DEVICE FOR OUTPUTTING TREE STRUCTURE FINITE DIFFERENCE IN TREE STRUCTURE DATA EDITING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method capable of outputting the finite difference between two pieces of tree structure data so as to be recognizable in a data editing system which dynamically constructs tree structure data obtained by making plural unit data in which mutually hierarchical connection conditions are defined a node for a tree structure in a memory from the highest by a means such as menu inquiry. SOLUTION: This tree structure data editing system which stores tree structure data in a storing means and edits them is provided with a differential tree structure data producing means 3 which compares 1st and 2nd tree structure data 1 and 2 that are stored in the storing means and are comparison objects in every hierarchy and generates hierarchical differential tree structure data 4 and an output control means 4 which analyzes the data 4, performs decision, such as no finite difference, elimination, addition and change and outputs a differential output result 6 and visibly outputs differential information between plural tree structure data.
