PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously gather tomographic image data of plural slices different in X-ray quality in a ratio-computed tomograph provided with a multislice type X-ray detector. SOLUTION: In a radio-computed tomograph for reconstituting tomographic image data in multislices on the basis of projection data gathered by detecting an X-ray radiated from an X-ray tube 1 by plural detecting element rows 2 to 2 juxtaposed in the slice direction via a subject, an X-ray filter 8 for changing X-ray quality is arranged between the X-ray tube 1 and the subject, and the X-ray filter 8 is constituted so that the X-ray quality of the X-ray irradiated to the subject changes in the slice direction.
