PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide shielding panels and assemblies thereof for a shield room, where a room can be effectively and easily shielded from magnetic fields and radio-waves through an easy construction work. SOLUTION: A thick platelike panel body 11 which is of honeycomb structure and formed of lightweight member is provided, and a magnetic shield plate 12 and a radio-wave shield plate 13 are laminated on each surface of the panel body 11 for the formation of a shield room shield panel 4. The shield room shield panels 4 are arranged on the same plane and connected together with connecting members 2 and 3 for the formation of a shield room panel assembly 1, where the connecting members 2 and 3 are formed of conductive magnetic flat member and arranged on the shield panels 4 along a butted part between the shield panels 4.
