PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive paste for forming an outside electrode with high reliability by improving plating performance, and preventing the deterioration of capacitor characteristics with respect to mechanical stresses from the outside, and a multilayer ceramic capacitor using the conductive paste. SOLUTION: This conductive paste, obtained by diffusing conductive powder and mixed glass flit in an organic vehicle, and the mixed glass flit is composed of a first glass flit and a second glass flit, and the first glass flit is composed of an amorphous glass flit, and the second glass flit is composed of either a crystallized glass flit or a crystallized substance deposition glass flit.
